IPL 2021: Sri Lankan RCB recruits Hasaranga and Chameera leave for IPL in United Arab Emirates – Sri Lankan Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) stars Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera left for the United Arab Emirates after fulfilling their national series commitments against South Africa in Colombo. The RCB led by Virat Kohli will have the two stars available for the first game.
Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera will both be in quarantine for two days before joining RCB’s bio-bubble. The two were flown from Colombo on a franchise charter plane, banding together to secure other SL vs SA series players.

IPL 2021: With a lack of clarity regarding the quarantine process for SL vs SA Series players, franchises were confused as to whether the players would be available for Game 1. However, with BCCI managing to negotiate a two-day quarantine only for players, players will be available from the first game.

“Players coming from bubbles in CPL and the SA-SL series will undergo two days of isolation. They will go in and return to their rooms on the first day, then they will be tested the next day and once the results are in they will join the team members in the bubble. a source told ANI.
IPL 2021: Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha will both be available for the first match. In addition, Hasaranga is expected to play a crucial role in RCB’s journey to the playoffs. However, the two Sri Lankan players remain unavailable for the qualifiers as they will have to join the Sri Lankan squad for the T20 World Cup for the warm-up matches against Oman by October 6. This will exclude them from the 2021 IPL qualifiers.
